COUPLE $650

PERIODONTAL $550
Includes all maintenance cleanings in additional to regular benefits.

- Routine Exams and X-rays
- 1 Emergency Exam
- 15% off additional cleanings & Periodontal treatment
- 15% off most other services
SMALL BUSINESSES
